The name comes from the Capitoline Hill in Rome, where the temple of Juno Moneta housed the Roman mint. It is the birthplace of the word money. Money has always been a story about power. Capitolino tells it straight.
How we write
Every piece follows the same structure: a claim, the evidence, the mechanism, and what it means for you. Not which narrative is trending, but what is actually moving underneath. Charts are built from primary sources such as FRED and the US Treasury, and every article says where its numbers come from.

The author has spent a decade building businesses and today runs a consumer health technology company that sells in 42 countries, with granted patents in South Korea, the United States, China, Japan, and Europe. The economics here is read through purchase orders, customs delays, and distributor margins, not just charts.
